HB 1023: revise certain provisions regarding the sale and purchase of big game animal parts. HB 1024: authorize certain species of game fish to be used as bait. If passed would allow Lake Herring and Sunfish to be used as bait for cat fishing, House Ag. 1-15-2019, RM. 464, 745 am
