House Bills:

HB 1046 allow certain resident farmers or ranchers to receive a big game license during the Black Hills deer season. This is a GFP Bill, it would establish a landowner preference tag for landowners in the Black Hills. SDWF supports Passed House Ag. To full House

HB 1081 extend the effective date of certain provisions regarding the recreational use of nonmeandered water. SDWF is opposed, The Leg. needs to pass fair and equitable Legislation for water in SD. No hearing scheduled but has been sent to House State Affairs

HB 1106 authorize hunting preference points to be granted to persons age ten years or older This would allow 10-11 year olds to purchase preference points to use when they get old enough to get into the regular drawing for big game tags. No Hearing Scheduled
